
Kaylee DeBenedictus, LMSW
Kaylee DeBenedictus is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults. She brings a warm, supportive approach to therapy and focuses on helping clients build practical skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and feel more confident in their daily lives.
Kaylee has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. She has worked with youth and young adults on concerns related to emotional regulation, behavioral difficulties, life transitions, and building independent living skills. She also has experience providing crisis support and helping clients strengthen coping strategies during stressful situations.
Kaylee strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel heard and supported. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and build resilience.
Kaylee will be seeing clients in our Middletown office as well as through telehealth.
Kaylee earned her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Mount Saint Mary College.
In her spare time, Kaylee enjoys yoga, especially the hot classes, Disney (of course!), spending time with her dogs, and reading.
