
Darragh Connolly, LMSW
Darragh Connolly is a Licensed Master Social Worker who enjoys working with children, teens, and families. She has experience providing individual counseling, social skills support, crisis intervention, intake coordination, and career counseling for adolescents. Her approach is warm, supportive, and affirming, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, validated, and better able to understand and express their needs.
Darragh enjoys helping young people build coping skills, strengthen confidence, practice self-advocacy, and feel more understood. Her background includes working with children and adolescents with a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social needs, as well as supporting individuals through Crisis Text Line.
Darragh earned her Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University and brings empathy, patience, and strong advocacy skills to her clinical work.
Outside of work, Darragh enjoys reading, going for walks, spending time with friends and family, and all things Broadway. She is also a cancer survivor, an experience that has deepened her appreciation for resilience, compassion, and meeting people where they are.
